Director of Innovation and Technical Content: Responsible for developing and carrying out all research related tasks at BedBug Central and Cooper Pest Solutions. Assists with the evaluation and development of new products (BlackOut Bed Bug Detector, SenSci Volcano Bed Bug Monitor and SenSci Bed Bug Lure) as well as protocol development for new and improved ways to conduct services.

Host of BedBug TV.
